Anatoly Slepyshev

Was born in 1932 in the village of Lopatino in Penza.


- The Art School of Nizhniy Tagil.

- Surikov Moscow State Art Institute (the class of A.A. Deineka).

In 1989 he was awarded with the Gold Medal at the World Festival of Arts in Baghdad. From 1990 to 1996 he lived and worked in Paris.

Member of the "Maison des artistes", Paris.

A member of the Academy of Arts of the Russian Federation.

Member of the Union of Artists. Winner of the International Festival of Arts.

The participant of Sotheby's auction in Moscow.

The artworks by Slepyshev are represented in the collections of major museums - the Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Pushkin Museum, Pushkin State Museum of History of Moscow, the Museum of Peter Ludwig (Germany), the gallery Kostakis (Greece), the Zimmerli Museum (United States), as well as in the numerous private collections of leading politicians, businessmen, artists, etc.
